My name is Taufik Supan. I come from a far far away land once called Temasek. I am a passionate fitness (certified) enthusiast who enjoys coaching others and spend a fair bit of time working out when not doing anything else. Also as a husband and also a father, I will also always love to spend quality time with the wife and kids.

Being I am a restless person, who is physically and mentally always on the move, I boost up my motivation in life by always challenging myself to learn new things and experimenting with new devices and stuffs. 

I have over 18 years of personal and group fitness coaching experience. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Management, a Bachelor in Computing and have years of extensive professional experience. Oh yes! Of course, I am an BIG fan of Liverpool FC..
